The Proactive Service Agreement program is for our residential and commercial customers desiring extra coverage and benefits from AAA Cooling Specialists Comfort Team. The Fall and Spring visit includes the following:

1. Monitor Refrigerant Pressure- to ensure optimum levels leading to lower utility usage and extend compressor life
2. Inspect Fused Disconnect
3. Inspect Duct Seal at unit and secure panels
4. Test starting capabilities
5. Test Safety controls
6. Test Smoke alarms and change batteries if necessary
7. Clean and replace Air filters (Customer provided)- To reduce energy use, reduce compressor strain, improve indoor air quality, and improve comfort.
8. Clean and adjust blower components
9. Inspect air balance
10. Tighten electrical components & Inspect wiring
11. Measure volts/amps
12. Test capacitors – to ensure reliable operation and continued compressor and motor protection.
13. Lubricate all moving parts
14. Adjust thermostat calibration- for accurate contral and to prevent system from running longer than necessary, increasing utility usage .
15. Clean evaporator coil if accessible – to restore heat transfer efficiency, reduce utility cost.
16. Clean condenser coil – to restore heat transfer efficiency and reduce utility cost
17. Clean condensate drain –To prevent water damage and the potential for mold formation
18. Measure temperature difference
19. Monitor A/C and Heating cycles
