Get a rebate with an Advanced Diagnostic Tune Up: You can claim an APS rebate that pays for 75% of the tune-up cost up to $240 – per system. If you have more than one system the savings can multiply. The Advanced Diagnostic Tune Up tests the performance of your commercial air conditioning equipment using specialized equipment. The technician then performs a tune up with repairs and does a final test-out. It is a very thorough test:

• Refrigerant charge and air flow verification

• Belt replacement

• Change of air filters

• Condenser coil cleaning with acid-free chemical

• Evaporator coil cleaning (if needed)

• Condensate drain line cleaning

• Electrical connection checks and tightening

• Economizer functional testing

• Any repairs to restore manufacturer specifications

 

If a repair is required, you are eligible for another rebate that pays 75% of the cost to a maximum of $75 per system.

You can get a rebate on duct testing and repair: The money-back is 75% of the cost up to $225 per unit (plus $15 per ton maximum). This commercial air conditioning test measures and repairs duct leakage. Up to 40% of heat and cooling can escape through duct failures. Following repairs, your system gets a thorough test-out to make certain everything was caught and fixed.
