Furnaces

Thinking about replacing your heating and cooling system? There are a variety of technologies that are available to heat your home. The most used in Arizona are Heat pumps and furnaces. Furnaces use gas it takes in cold air filters it with an air filter then heats it up with a gas burner using a stainless steel heat exchanger and then distributes the warm air into the duct system of your home using a blower motor. The heated air then cools down in your home and returns to the furnace through your return air grill and duct work. The cool air that is returning back through the air filter in the furnace starts another heating cycle.

Heat Pumps

Heat Pumps are ideal for the moderate climate in Arizona. Using a heat pump instead of a furnace is an energy efficient alternative saving you money. Due to the fact that they move heat rather than generate it, heat pumps are able to provide up to 4 times the amount of energy they consume. During the heating season, heat pumps move heat from the cool outdoors into your house to warm it and during the cooling season, heat pumps move heat from the cool house into the warm outdoors.
